From 24 October till 26 October 2010 the 12th Specialized Exhibition DORTRANSEXPO took place at Kazanskaya Yarmarka Exhibition Center. It the largest trade show of the Volga Region in that industry.

The exhibition was held with the purpose of promotion and demonstration of best practice, new achievements in science and technics in the sphere of road construction, popularization of perspectives of development of the Russian road complex, solving problems of rapid forming the national road system.

Exposition demonstrated the full range of the newest equipment, materials, machines for construction, repair and maintenance of roads, for construction of road infrastructure objects as well as safety means for road traffic, special machines, vans, trailers and many others.
The exhibition was held under the support the Ministry of Transport and Road Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan and Kazan City Municipality.

Participants of the 9th Specialized exhibition DORTRANSEXPO: 72 companies from 30 towns of Russia: Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Vladimir, Smolensk, Voronezh, Samara, Ufa, Velikiy Novgorod, Nizhniy Novgorod, Ulyanovsk, Cheboksary, Kazan, Naberezhnie Chelny, Elabuga and representations of companies from Belarus, Germany and Czech Republic.

Exposition was arranged in pavilion №1 and on the open grounds of the exhibition center.

Events accompanying the exhibition:

- Board of the Ministry of Transport and Road Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan;
- Seminar “Highway engineering in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2011”. Organizer – ZAO C Soft Kazan;
- Seminar: “Effective use of cutting tools Wirtgin in Russia”. Organizer – OOO Wirtgen International Service (Moscow).

For three days over 10000 people visited the exhibition, 65 % are specialists.

According to results of survey: 59 % of the total number of exhibitors set the goal to conclude agreements for sale, 28 % palled to explore the market of the Republic of Tatarstan. About 87 % of respondents partially achieved the set goals and 67 % confirmed their participation in DORTRANSEXPO exhibition in 2011.
